The easiest, healthiest pancakes you'll ever make. Period. 

Breakfast. The most important meal of the day and one that I simply cannot go without. For me, I need my morning cup of coffee and a little food or else I am HANGRY, who's with me there? Typically I would grab an egg or two and call it good but sometimes that just isn't enough, especially when I have a long day ahead. Well, luckily i've found the most delicious3-step pancakes that will supply you with the energy to make it through those tough mornings.  
What you will need: 
1 banana
2 eggs
a couple strawberries
nonfat 0% greek yogurt (I prefer Fage)
almond butter
ground cinnamon

coconut oil

Okay. Now that you have gathered all of those delicious ingredients.... let's get cookin'!!

Step 1: In a small bowl mash 1 banana, add the two eggs, and as much cinnamon as your heart desired! Mix the ingredients until well blended (it's okay if there are still small chunks of banana!)

Step 2: Lightly coat small frying pan with coconut oil on medium heat (5 or 6). Once pan is hot pour half of the mix onto the pan....and wait for the magic to happen. Once the pancake is hard enough to flip without breaking (usually 4 minutes or so) flip then repeat this process for the second hot cake! 
Warning: it is going to look a little funky!

Step 3: Lastly, spread around a tbsp. of almond butter across the pancake, sprinkle a little more cinnamon, toss on a dollop of greek yogurt, and add a few strawberry slices! And there you have it!
